Ticket issuance and QR use

The platform may issue unique QR tickets for online or on-site sales. A ticket is a digital pass for the event configured by the organizer. Duplicating, altering, or sharing tickets in a way that circumvents gate validation is not permitted.

Admission and validity

Admission is controlled by the event organizer at the gate. A ticket is valid only for the event, time, and conditions set by the organizer and shown in the platform. ENNOVA does not guarantee entry where an organizer refuses admission in line with its event rules.

Event organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for event information, pricing, capacity, staffing, venue rules, and communications with attendees. ENNOVA provides the ticketing and validation software.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, exchanges, and event cancellations are subject to the organizer’s event policy and any applicable payment-provider terms. ENNOVA does not provide event-specific refund guarantees.

Payment processing

Where ticket payments are collected digitally, processing is performed by the applicable payment provider under that provider’s terms.

Misuse and platform availability

ENNOVA may support fraud-prevention and validation features, but organizers remain responsible for gate operations. Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, or events outside ENNOVA’s reasonable control.
